Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating requirements into Salesforce solutions, and configuring Salesforce features (custom objects/fields, workflows, validation rules) in Service Cloud. Collaborates with developers and admins to implement solutions, conducts user training, performs data migration and ongoing maintenance, stays current with Salesforce releases, and identifies process-improvement opportunities using Salesforce capabilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of Salesforce BA experience, mandatory Salesforce certifications, and experience with Salesforce configuration in hybrid roles based in Indore or Pune, India. Willingness to work in North American time zones is required. Agile experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Salesforce certifications are mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (workflows, process builder, validation rules)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform with focus on Service Cloud
- Experience working in an Agile environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with data management and data migration
