Job Summary
Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce solutions, translating needs into user stories and process flows. Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across departments, then support configuration tasks, UAT planning, and end-user testing. Maintain detailed documentation including business process mapping and functional specifications while working closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects. Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in user adoption and training initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of Salesforce experience, with a competitive compensation package including variable pay linked to goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar CRM-focused role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and reports
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and project tracking
