Job Summary
As a Salesforce Developer (Associate), you will develop and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OmniStudio, and FS Cloud. Key responsibilities include translating user stories into technical solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders for requirement clarity, and conducting testing to ensure application stability and security. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation while troubleshooting technical issues. Required skills include proficiency in Salesforce development and at least one Salesforce certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Core expertise in LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and FS Cloud.
- At least 1 Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I/II, OmniStudio Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Specialist).
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
