Job Summary
Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for clients, translating complex requirements into customized functions and workflows. Advise clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices while ensuring technical conformity and scalability through rigorous quality checks. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary project teams to drive efficient project execution and actively transfer knowledge to colleagues and customers. Maintain up-to-date expertise in Salesforce developments to support continuous innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Entwicklung

- Kenntnisse von Apex
- Kenntnisse von Lightning

- Kenntnisse der Prozesse von NGOs und Stiftungen
- Konzeptionelle Stärke bei der Abbildung von Kundenanforderungen in Salesforce-Funktionen und -Workflows
- Erfahrung mit Best Practices im Salesforce-Ökosystem
- Führungskompetenz in technischen Teams
- Klare und effektive Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
- Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
