Job Summary
Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for clients, translating complex requirements into scalable functions using Apex, Lightning, and NPSP. Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and non-profit operational processes while ensuring technical conformity and scalability. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive project execution and actively transfer Salesforce expertise to colleagues and customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform developments to support continuous innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Entwicklung
- Erfahrung als Technical Architect
- Fokus auf Nonprofit-Organisationen
- Fundiertes Wissen über die Salesforce-Plattform
- Kenntnisse von Apex

- Konzeptionelle Stärke bei der Abbildung von Kundenanforderungen in Salesforce-Funktionen und -Workflows
- Erfahrung mit Best Practices im Salesforce-Ökosystem
- Führungskompetenz in technischen Teams
- Klare und effektive Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
- Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
