Job Summary
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables while driving enterprise AI architecture by designing scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments. Lead technical design sessions to architect and document solutions aligned with business objectives, utilizing advanced LLMs to review assumptions and simulate edge cases. Provide oversight of Salesforce projects, guiding delivery teams on AI-assisted tooling to maintain velocity and quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration, leveraging AI diagnostics to debug issues and isolate bottlenecks. Lead a technical team to own customer and team engagement, maintaining billable utilization targets while traveling to client sites for 50-75% of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 9-15 years CRM experience
- minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds
- foundational familiarity with Salesforce's AI offerings (e.g., Agentforce)
- Understanding of systems architecture
- Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Travels to client sites for projects, estimated 50-75%
