Required Qualifications
- Significant Salesforce platform experience including templates, relationships, and reporting limitations
- Financial services business acumen in retail, small business, and commercial banking; wealth and insurance (Life & P&C)
- Hands-on experience with client-facing delivery and requirements gathering
- Experience leading pre-sales, product demos, and pricing strategies
- Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and complex deployments
- Understanding of Salesforce security and configuration limitations; experience with Apex/Visualforce
- Proven ability to manage scope, estimates, and project management activities
- Fluency in English and French for client collaboration
- Certifications: multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud, Advanced Administrator, Data Architect, AI Specialist or equivalent)
- Excellence in communication, collaboration, and coaching diverse teams
- Hybrid work environment experience and willingness to work in Canada
