Job Summary
Design, test, document, and implement high-quality learning system applications on time while adhering to development standards that ensure code maintainability. Analyze program performance to correct deficiencies and participate in code reviews and meetings as necessary. Modify software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth, while developing effective working relationships with other departments. Provide weekly status report updates to your supervisor in the IT department. This role requires Salesforce architecture knowledge, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex triggers, along with required certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related platform products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development and automation tools, such as Flow, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and other 3rd party products used for functionality such as document generation, electronic signature, surveys, form builders, etc.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience
