Job Summary
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform using declarative resources, Apex classes, and Lightning components. Manage implementation of improvements and new functionality while delivering support for break/fix issues. Perform Salesforce administration tasks including creating accounts, defining fields, and updating layouts, alongside monitoring usage for compliance and maintaining data security. Collaborate with business analysts and technical staff to communicate status, resolve issues, and deliver complete work products. Research integration problems, develop new prototypes, and implement App Exchange platforms. Document best practices, participate in code reviews, and facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- Proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Eligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearance
- Salesforce Developer certification(s)

- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face)
- Ability to design and deliver Salesforce solutions using ecosystem capabilities such as Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, or Agentforce to support complex government service delivery, digital workflows, and AI enabled service operations
- Strong background implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform using core capabilities such as Service Cloud to support case management, workflow automation, and enterprise service delivery
- Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
- Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred
