Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and develop customized Salesforce solutions to satisfy client needs. Design and implement scalable architecture while monitoring system performance and creating technical documentation. Engage with stakeholders to translate complex processes into technical strategies and manage teams involved in design, development, and implementation. Drive technical excellence by ensuring the latest Salesforce best practices are implemented and providing mentorship to technical staff. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, willing to adjust schedules or take on extra hours to meet customer needs across different time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Public Sector Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts/Integration Procedures), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Force.com
- Strong understanding of Git repo and DevOps process knowledge
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design concepts such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Being willing to work outside of your scheduled shift or taking on extra hours to ensure the success of a project or meet the needs of customers in different time zones
- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled timings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect
