Job Summary
The Salesforce Analyst role focuses on Salesforce org administration, platform optimization, project coordination, user support, and maintaining system integrity and security. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce org health, overseeing installed packages and compliance, leading Salesforce-related projects, providing Tier 1 user support, and managing production and sandbox backups. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong skills in Salesforce tools and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or related role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform tools
- Familiarity with SDLC, sandbox management, and release coordination
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with user support and IT service management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Salesforce Admin Certification
