Job Summary
Contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Slack AI solutions. Participate in prompt design, testing, and optimization to improve user experiences, while assisting with troubleshooting, documentation, and workshops to drive AI adoption. Collaborate within Agile teams on sprint planning and discussions with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to progressively take ownership of projects. This 12- to 24-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience with enterprise AI technologies and mentorship from experienced engineers within Criteo's Internal IT team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree
- In the final years of an Engineering School program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Looking for a 12- to 24-month apprenticeship
- Can commit for at least one year
- Curious about Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and emerging technologies
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical ways to improve the user experience through technology
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Enjoys working collaboratively in an international environment
- Can communicate effectively in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Salesforce Administration or workflow automation tools
- Experience or interest in Slack and collaboration platforms
- Experience or interest in JavaScript, Python, or another programming language
- Academic, personal, or professional projects related to AI, automation, chatbots, or data
- Experience or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents
