Job Summary
Administer, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, designing advanced Flows and automation solutions while managing user access and platform security. Support API-based integrations with enterprise systems, create reports and dashboards, and conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Evaluate third-party applications, support platform upgrades, develop technical documentation, and provide end-user training while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives. Fluent English is essential for global communication, and the role involves working in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Curitiba-PR or São Paulo-SP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings and communicate effectively with U.S.-based leadership
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform configuration, administration, and governance
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and API integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform security and access management
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Curitiba-PR or São Paulo-SP the surrounding metropolitan area
