Job Summary
Manage incoming ticket requests from global internal users and provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated system issues. Assist with break/fix requests, system testing, and ad hoc report or dashboard requests. Contribute to adoption by improving user experience through standardization, documentation, and training. Collaborate with internal teams to develop Salesforce solutions and maintain customizations including objects, flows, security settings, and validation rules. Use tools like DataLoader, Workbench, and Excel for data manipulation. Requires 2+ years of Salesforce experience, Platform Administrator certification, and US shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Understands the Salesforce database structure & best practices
- Takes initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen
- Technical aptitude
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written English
- Efficient and effective with customers and colleagues around the world via web conferences, email, and in-person across roles and varying skill sets
- Must be willing to work during US business hours

- Salesforce Ecosystem Tools: CPQ, Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, DealHub
- Workflow & Automation Platforms: Zapier, Formstack, Jotform, Celigo
- Document & e-Signature Tools: Dropbox Sign, PandaDoc, Box, Docusign, Adobe Sign
- Technical Salesforce Utilities: Salesforce Workbench, DataLoader, APEX, or similar development/debugging tools
