Salesforce Administrator

Manage Salesforce processes, objects, workflows, and triggers while ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved within a timely manner. Lead automation and standardization of reports and dashboards, prepare analytical outputs for user teams, and develop training plans to improve user adoption. Handle data management tasks including mass updates, de-duping, and clean-up, while supporting the PosiGen data warehouse and application integrations. Develop schedules for database releases and ensure compliance with the Change Management Process to facilitate cross-departmental data analysis.
