Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator role at Lennar: Serve as the primary system administrator for a multi-user Salesforce environment, design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.), and translate requirements with stakeholders into scalable, best-practice designs. Manage users, data security, data integrity, deduplication, and integrations; coordinate configuration changes (automation, custom objects, layouts, record types); evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange products; collaborate with developers to emphasize declarative automation; maintain documentation and training materials; support DevOps practices and CI/CD using GitHub; requires 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience and ADM-201 certification; beneficial certifications include Platform App Builder and Advanced Admin, with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex/Visualforce/Lightning, Omni-Channel, CTI, and SDLC processes. The role also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentoring potential, and working within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) certification required
- Platform App Builder certification preferred
- Advanced Admin certification preferred
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with custom object development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
- Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and contact center implementations
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and SDLC processes
- Ability to manage data imports, integrations, and automation at scale
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred: leading or mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Tableau, and VS Code for Salesforce development
- Experience with installed packages and AppExchange solutions
- Exposure to agent platforms like Agentforce or similar Salesforce-native platforms
- Agile/SCRUM experience
