Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day administration of Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced / Agentforce Revenue Management), manage users, configure objects/fields/flows/validation rules/permissions, produce reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and drive adoption. You will gather requirements, translate them into well-scoped Salesforce changes, manage stakeholders, and work end-to-end on changes from discovery through rollout. The role emphasizes staying current with Salesforce releases, collaborating with senior teammates on complex changes, and creating training materials to support users.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 2+ years hands-on as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment
- Exposure to a Salesforce environment with external integrations
- Proven ability to deliver changes end-to-end from requirements to rollout
- Solid stakeholder communication
- Ability to work with limited supervision on standard work
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative automation (Flow)
- Familiarity with release management practices (sandboxes, change sets)
