Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator responsible for optimizing Salesforce performance through user management, data integrity, security, and customization. Responsibilities include creating/modifying/deactivating user accounts, configuring access levels, customizing objects, layouts, and workflows, implementing data quality measures (validation rules, duplicate management), performing data imports/exports/cleanup, ensuring privacy compliance and data protection, defining roles/profiles/sharing, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for sales and pipeline insights, training users on reports and system usage, providing ongoing user support, coordinating integrations with other systems, evaluating AppExchange apps, monitoring performance and coordinating system upgrades, maintaining configuration documentation and up-to-date user guides, collaborating with sales, marketing, HR, and IT to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, communicating updates to management, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, and fulfilling any other needs related to Salesforce administration as defined by the Ordering Party. Remote option indicated.
