Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed for a luxury real estate investment and development firm, primarily in-person at the Westwood (Los Angeles) office with possible hybrid for exceptional candidates. You will own day-to-day Salesforce administration, manage the full lead lifecycle for investor relations and residential buyers, maintain data integrity, develop and roll out new functionality, optimize Marketing Cloud and other marketing tools, identify underutilized features, collaborate with sales/marketing/operations leadership, build reports and dashboards, manage security and permissions, evaluate and integrate third-party tools, and document configurations and training. Required bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience, ADM 201 certification, and strong analytic, communication, and project-management skills; experience with real estate or financial services branding is a plus. Base salary targeted at $90–$100k.
