Job Summary
Oversee org configuration, security models, and platform optimization while designing automation with Salesforce Flows and maintaining custom objects, fields, and Lightning apps. Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to build reports and dashboards that enhance pipeline visibility, manage data quality through deduplication and cleansing, and ensure reliable integrations with GTM tools. Support IT and vendors on upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and manage sandbox refreshes and production deployments via DevOps tooling. Work during US Pacific time zone hours in Metro Manila.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience in mid-to-large scale orgs; multi-team/global environment preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning App Builder, with a proven track record of replacing legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations
- Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing architecture, role hierarchies, and Salesforce security best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on usability and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders
- The position is based in Metro Manila, Philippines, and requires working during US Pacific time zone hours
Desired Qualifications

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ and a PRM Community is a plus but not required
