Job Summary
Architect, build, and launch the 908 Devices Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portal, establishing the foundation for the partner ecosystem. Design and maintain portal pages, layouts, navigation, and branding using Experience Builder while configuring user profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls. Build Flows, approval processes, and automation to streamline partner workflows, then coordinate end-to-end onboarding including provisioning, orientation, and training. Serve as the primary point of contact for external channel partners, resolving issues and creating training materials to drive adoption. Monitor engagement metrics, manage the user lifecycle, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations. Maintain sandbox management, health checks, and technical documentation while working with integrated applications like MuleSoft and Pardot.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Proven experience designing, building, or managing a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal (partner portal, customer community, or similar)
- Strong command of Experience Builder, user management, sharing and visibility settings, and Salesforce Flow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with external partners and internal executives alike
- Location: This position is based in the US with the option to be based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters on a fulltime or hybrid schedule, or remote within the US
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications or equivalent experience
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Experience supporting channel partner programs or working in a partner-facing role
- Familiarity with Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management) features
- Experience with DemandTools, MuleSoft, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or similar connected platforms
- Active participation in the Salesforce Trailblazer community
- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
