Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator responsible for maintaining a heavily customized Salesforce estate, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities include implementing and updating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows; managing complex configurations and integrations; improving user productivity through UI enhancements; optimizing use of standard Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds; supporting Marketing Cloud Engagement with audience segments and journeys; collaborating with IT and third parties; providing day-to-day user support, training, and governance; delivering new reports and dashboards; gathering requirements, defining scope, and delivering timely solutions; creating documentation and enabling knowledge sharing within the IT team.
