Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator at Everlight Solar (remote, full-time) will design and code functional programs and applications, ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead process, delivering accurate KPI reporting, and driving projects to completion. The role requires two years of Salesforce.com admin experience, Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, ability to design flows and automations, build apps/objects, and strong data management. Must own a Mac and be fluent with Apple software ecosystem. Salary range $80,000-$100,000 per year. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, sick time, and holidays. Authorized to work in the US; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
