Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator responsible for aligning Sales and Marketing processes, delivering accurate KPI reporting, and building scalable Salesforce automations. Role requires designing and implementing flows, custom apps/objects, formulas, workflows and dashboards; managing data; and communicating effectively across teams. Must have at least two years of Salesforce administrator experience, Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, and be proficient with macOS/iOS and Apple software. This is a full-time, remote-position with a base in Charlotte, NC, offering benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, and Holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of Salesforce.com administrator experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork)
