Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed for a fully remote, full-time role focused on aligning Sales and Marketing processes, delivering KPI-driven reporting, and designing flows/automations in Salesforce. Candidate must be skilled at evaluating information from multiple sources, translating user needs into technical solutions, and communicating effectively at all organizational levels. Must hold Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications and have 2+ years of experience, with a Mac computer and proficiency in the Apple ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
