Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator at Everlight Solar (remote full-time role). Responsibilities include aligning Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead process, providing consistent KPI reporting and actionable steps to improve customer experience, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing multiple requests. The role requires designing and implementing new flows and automations within Salesforce, building apps, objects, and automation components, and applying Salesforce best practices. Candidates must have at least two years of Salesforce administrator experience, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, strong data management skills, proven project delivery, and excellent communication. Must own a Mac and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
