Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder credentials to design and implement Salesforce solutions. Remote full-time role requiring Mac ownership and fluency with Apple ecosystem (iOS/macOS/iWork). Responsibilities include aligning Sales and Marketing to optimize lead processes, delivering accurate KPI reporting to drive customer experience, and managing multiple requests while meeting deadlines. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving, requirement analysis, and project management skills, plus ability to build flows, automations, custom apps/objects, formula fields, and data management practices. Salary $80k-$100k/year; benefits and US work authorization provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
