Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator role responsible for designing and coding Salesforce-based solutions to align Sales and Marketing, improve lead distribution and reporting, and deliver automated flows. The role requires building and maintaining Salesforce configurations, automations, and custom apps, providing KPI-driven reporting, and ensuring clear communication across levels of the organization. Candidates must hold Salesforce certifications (Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder), own a Mac, and work remotely on a full-time basis from Memphis, TN, with a focus on timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
