Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator role focusing on aligning Sales and Marketing processes, designing and implementing flows/automations, and delivering actionable KPI reporting. The position is full-time and remote (work-from-home) with a requirement to own a Mac and be fluent in Apple's ecosystem. The candidate will build and manage Salesforce solutions, report on key performance indicators, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with teams across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
