Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator role responsible for aligning Sales and Marketing, optimizing lead processes, providing accurate KPI reporting, and developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions. The position requires designing and implementing new flows and automations, building apps/objects, managing data, and ensuring Salesforce best practices. Must have at least two years of Salesforce administration experience, plus Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills are essential. The role is full-time and remote, with a Mac computer required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, and content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
