Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed to align Sales and Marketing processes, build and optimize automation (flows), and provide KPI-driven reporting and insights. Responsibilities include optimizing lead distribution, ensuring accurate reporting of key performance indicators, managing multiple requests and deadlines, and evaluating impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems. Requirements include 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, ability to design new flows and automations, expertise in Salesforce data models, automations, reports, and best practices, strong communication and project-management skills, and ownership of a Mac with the Apple ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features (custom apps/objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views)
- Strong data management abilities
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex requirements and collaborate across teams
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
