Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed for a full-time, remote position at Everlight Solar. Responsibilities include aligning Sales and Marketing to optimize lead processes, providing accurate KPI reporting with actionable steps, meeting deadlines, prioritizing requests, and demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be proficient with designing and implementing flows/automations in Salesforce, managing data, and communicating effectively across the organization. Requires Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications and at least two years of Salesforce admin experience. Must own a Mac and be fluent with Apple software ecosystem. Salary $80,000–$100,000 per year; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, sick time, and holidays. Authorized to work in the US; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
