Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator role responsible for aligning Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process, delivering accurate KPI reporting, and designing/implementing flows and automations within Salesforce. Requires two years of Salesforce admin experience, ongoing certification(s), Mac hardware ownership, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position is full-time and remote with a Tucson, AZ location reference; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays. The candidate will manage multi-source requirements, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to build custom apps and objects
- Formula fields, workflows, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
