Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator responsible for aligning Sales and Marketing processes, delivering accurate KPI reporting, and designing/implementing flows and automations within Salesforce. Must be proficient in building apps/objects, managing data, and communicating effectively across all levels. Requires two years of Salesforce admin experience and Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications; macOS/iOS fluency and a fully remote, full-time role based in the US with a Jacksonville, FL presence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Authorized to work in the US and background check required
