Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed to design and code practical Salesforce solutions for Everlight Solar. The role emphasizes aligning Sales and Marketing to optimize lead processes, providing KPI-based reporting, and delivering timely, quality outcomes. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience, hold Salesforce Platform Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications, and be proficient in building flows, automations, custom apps/objects, and data management. A Mac user with strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely full-time is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
