Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator needed to support Dojo's Salesforce team, maximise Service Cloud capabilities, and drive scalable, automated solutions. Responsibilities include guiding platform implementation with best-practice configuration, building high-volume Flows for case lifecycle automation (including Email-To-Case), providing technical support for escalations, managing deployments via CI/CD (Copado preferred), maintaining user roles and security, and creating dashboards/reports to enable data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes platform health, governance, third-party AppExchange configurations, and exploring Einstein/Agentforce features. Dojo operates with an office-first culture and a hybrid work pattern, including 4+ days in the Bristol offices across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with configuration, customization, and integration across Lightning Platform and Service Cloud
- Experience with Flow, Milestones, Entitlement processes, and Workflow Rules
- Knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce development
- Interest in Experience Cloud, Einstein, Agentforce and Agentic workflows
