Job Summary
Salesforce Administrator responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and Marketing Cloud; building and optimising Flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts; supporting UAT and release management via Copado; maintaining data quality and governance with Xero integrations; documenting processes and delivering training; providing end-user support across CX, Scheduling, Finance and Sales; collaborating with Field Service, CX, Scheduling, Finance and Sales to drive digital transformation and operational improvements; 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience; strong troubleshooting and communication skills; Australian-based hybrid/remote work option for the Helensvale, Queensland area.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong capability in Flows, reporting, dashboards and declarative automation
- Experience supporting field service or operational teams (highly beneficial)
- Experience documenting systems and delivering training
- Experience contributing to platform improvement or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service
- Marketing Cloud Growth (preferred)
- Salesforce data model, security model and platform architecture
- Process mapping and requirements gathering
- APIs & AppExchange familiarity
