Salesfloor Associate/Front End Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role may be cross-trained to support store needs; responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, following merchandising and loss-prevention standards, preparing merchandise for the floor, participating in store recovery and safety, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are valued, with the ability to work a flexible schedule and lift heavy objects as needed.
