Job Summary
Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations to prospective and current owners at a resort, leveraging company policies and a luxury sales cycle; build rapport, identify commonalities, handle objections, and close sales using proper techniques. Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge, participate in training and meetings, and support an on-site marketing-driven client flow with prequalified leads. Requires reliable transportation to the resort in Ingram, TX, five days a week and 1–3+ years of sales/marketing experience (college degree preferred). The role emphasizes travel-industry awareness, high-energy collaboration, and ongoing professional development in a luxury, hospitality-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
- College Degree is preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
- Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
- General knowledge of the travel industry
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the resort in Ingram, TX, five days a week
