Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services at Russell Cellular, providing individualized customer service to identify customer needs and equip them with the right wireless products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, demonstrate equipment capabilities, support store operations (opening/closing, inventory control, cash handling), and develop action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and community events, contact customers for additional opportunities, and contribute to a strong team culture with Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base
- Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
- A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50lbs
