Job Summary
Retail Wireless Specialist role focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering individualized wireless products and services. Responsibilities include facilitating the sale of cellular devices and wireless services, creating sales opportunities through marketing and community involvement, contacting current customers for upsell, maintaining knowledge of products, supporting daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management, administrative duties), and developing action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals. Requires bilingual Spanish, strong customer-service orientation, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and comfort with technology. Position offers hourly pay with commission and potential for advancement across Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer.
