Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for further business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products, handle daily store operations including inventory control and cash management, and monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed with open availability during store hours.
