Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for further business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. Requires open availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs. This role offers uncapped commission potential and is part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 700 locations across 43 states.
