Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while handling daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for up-sells. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and demonstrate equipment capabilities to equip customers with the right solutions. Monitor action plans for daily and monthly sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer service. Requires open availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
