Job Summary
Retail Sales Representative at Russell Cellular (Verizon Authorized Retailer) focused on wireless products and services. Responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and devices; creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department; contacting current customers for additional opportunities; developing up-to-date product knowledge; ensuring excellent customer service; assisting with daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, administrative duties); and developing action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals. Strong emphasis on understanding customer needs, industry knowledge, teamwork, integrity, and community involvement to drive growth and earning potential through commissions.
