Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events. Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities. Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties. Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain continuous knowledge of wireless products and services to demonstrate equipment capabilities. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Open availability during store hours
