Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for additional business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and handle daily store operations including inventory control, cash management, and opening/closing duties. Monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily and monthly sales goals. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
