Job Summary
Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers via phone for further business. Develop continuous knowledge of wireless products and handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management. Monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. Requires open availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift up to 50lbs. As a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 750 locations, you will serve as the face of our team offering uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
