Job Summary
Wireless Specialist will facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services to customers, deliver exceptional customer service, develop knowledge of Russell Cellular’s products and services, execute daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory control, cash handling, administrative duties), engage customers through in-store and community marketing efforts, and pursue daily/monthly sales goals. Must be self-motivated with strong communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays to support store performance and growth in a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment.
