Job Summary
Retail Wireless Specialist responsible for selling cellular devices and wireless services, delivering outstanding customer service, and developing sales opportunities. Drive sales through creative campaigns with the Marketing Department, contact current customers for upsell opportunities, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, handle store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash management), and develop action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals. Requires strong communication, motivation to learn, tech-savvy mindset, and ability to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays. Uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement within a Verizon Authorized Retailer.
